These terms apply to use of thesweatdistrict.com and purchases from The Sweat District. Our storefront and checkout are powered by Shopify. Please read these terms together with our return policy, shipping policy and privacy policy.

Products and availability

Choose your color and size carefully and review the product’s size guide before ordering. Availability is specific to each product and variant. Colors may appear different depending on your screen and lighting. Product descriptions and the options selected at checkout describe what you are ordering.

Prices, payment and offers

Review the final price, discounts, tax and shipping charge at checkout before submitting payment. Promotional offers are subject to the conditions displayed with the offer. Discounts apply only when their requirements are met; changing the contents of your cart can change eligibility and totals. A complimentary item has no separate cash value.

Your order details

Provide accurate contact, payment and delivery information. If you spot an error or need to request a cancellation or change, contact us promptly at orders@thesweatdistrict.com. Changes and cancellations may not be possible after processing or shipment. We will contact you if an availability, payment or pricing issue prevents us from fulfilling an order and refund any payment for items we cannot supply.

Shipping, returns and faulty items

Processing and delivery estimates are explained in our shipping policy. Our 60-day return policy explains unused-item eligibility, approval, customer-paid return shipping and how to report a defect. Nothing in these terms removes rights or remedies provided by applicable consumer law.

Do not misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, submit fraudulent orders or infringe the rights of others. Site branding, original images and original content may not be reused without permission from the relevant rights holder.
