Shipping policy
Your order, on its way.
We process orders in 1–2 days. After processing, estimated USPS delivery takes 5–10 days. Processing time is separate from delivery time; these are estimates, not guaranteed arrival dates.
US standard shipping
- Orders below $37.98: $2.95 standard shipping.
- Orders of $37.98 or more: free standard shipping.
The threshold applies to the eligible merchandise subtotal after discounts, before tax and shipping. Available delivery options and the final shipping charge are shown at checkout for your address. These standard-shipping rates apply to eligible US orders.
Tracking your package
Shipping updates and tracking information are sent to the contact details provided at checkout when your order ships. Tracking can take time to show its first carrier scan.
Address changes and delivery issues
Check your shipping address before placing an order. If you need to correct it, contact us as soon as possible. Changes may not be possible once an order has been processed or shipped.
If tracking stops updating, your package is marked delivered but cannot be found, or your item arrives damaged, contact orders@thesweatdistrict.com with your order number. We will review the issue with you. Carrier delays can affect delivery estimates.
