AlphaFlow boots and boots sets: 60-day at-home returns

Try your AlphaFlow boots at home. If they are not right for you, contact orders@thesweatdistrict.com within 60 days of delivery to begin a return. Normal use during this at-home period does not disqualify your return.

We cover return shipping. Our team will provide a prepaid return label or arrange collection after confirming your request. Please wait for our instructions before sending anything back. Return the items and included accessories in your set as instructed, securely packed for transit. Contact us if you no longer have the original packaging so we can help with packing instructions.

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method after the returned items are received and reviewed. Refunds reflect the amount paid after discounts. Contact us before returning only part of a set so we can confirm the refund amount. This AlphaFlow policy takes precedence over the unused-item and customer-paid-postage terms below, which apply to other products.

If the size isn’t right, contact us within 60 days of delivery at orders@thesweatdistrict.com. Include your order number, the item and the size you ordered.

Unused items and wrong sizes

Need a different size? Get in touch and we’ll walk you through the return options for your unused, unwashed item. Please wait for our confirmation and return instructions before sending it back. We review each request individually and confirm eligibility after reviewing the details and, where needed, the returned item.

Return shipping

Once we’ve confirmed your return, we’ll send you the address and instructions. Return postage is paid by the customer; prepaid labels aren’t included. We recommend keeping your shipping receipt and tracking details until your return is complete.

Defective or incorrect items

Something not right with your order? Email us your order number and clear photos so we can help. For a confirmed defect, we typically send a replacement at no charge. We’ll review the details and agree on the next step with you before anything is sent back. If you simply need a different size, we’ll guide you through the unused-item return process above.

Refunds and promotional orders

For an approved return, we will notify you when the item has been received and reviewed and confirm the refund outcome. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may need additional time to post the credit.

Refunds reflect the amount actually paid for the returned item after applicable discounts. Promotional or complimentary items have no separate cash value. Contact us before returning part of a bundle so we can confirm the refund amount.

This voluntary return policy does not limit any rights or remedies you may have under applicable consumer law, including rights relating to faulty or misdescribed goods.
