Size and fit

A good fit starts here.

Measure your body with a soft tape held level, without pulling it tight. Compare your measurements with the chart on the product you are choosing.

Chest

Wrap the tape around the fullest part of your chest. Keep it level across your back and let your arms rest naturally.

Waist

Measure around your natural waist with your stomach relaxed. Keep one finger comfortably under the tape.

Hip

Stand with your feet together and measure around the fullest part of your hips and seat.

Length

For joggers, compare the inseam with a pair you like. Measure along the inside leg from the crotch seam to the hem.

Between sizes?

Use the specific product's size chart and fit notes. If you want more room, compare the next size's measurements with a garment you already find comfortable.

Body measurements or garment measurements?

Body measurements are taken around you. Garment measurements are taken from the clothing itself, often laid flat. Check which type the product chart uses before comparing numbers.

Choose your fit before your size.

Muscle fit sits close through the torso. A tapered jogger narrows toward the ankle. Neither label alone tells you the finished measurements, so read the fit notes for your chosen style.
